Our Story: A Legacy of Faith
On Sunday, April 8, 1948, nineteen faithful individuals gathered in a small, abandoned church just down the street from where we are today. United by a calling to reach the city of Cabot for Christ, they stepped forward with bold faith and unwavering dedication.
Through every challenge, their passion never wavered. They remained committed to winning the lost and helping others become more like Jesus. Their legacy lives on, and we continue to carry that mission forward today. Join us as we honor the past and embrace the future—together in faith!

A Story of God's Provision and Purpose
In 1972, after a devastating fire, God made a way for Mount Carmel to purchase the land we now call home. Through His faithfulness, our church grew—welcoming children, students, young families, and senior adults—all united in carrying out the mission of Mount Carmel.
We believe that God has uniquely positioned us to make a lasting impact in Cabot and beyond.
Our past has shaped our present and now propels us into the future—embracing our history, navigating change, and boldly stepping forward in faith. Together, we continue the mission God started so many years ago!
